Certified Practicing Psychologist.

Melita Rossa is a registered Clinical Psychologist in private practice in the Melbourne suburbs of Eltham and Yarrambat. She offers a safe and respectful space to talk through private concerns and help identify helpful strategies for improved well-being. 

Melita has a gentle, positive, open minded and holistic personal approach. Her work is underpinned by scientifically supported methods (including mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapies) that have been proven to enhance well-being. 

Melita works with adults of all ages (including older ageing adults) and older adolescents.​

Melita has worked in the mental health field for the past 19 years, and more specifically in the psychology field since 2009. During this time she has worked in Clinical and Health Psychology Teams in several public hospitals in Melbourne, and extensively in community mental health services. Melita first started off her career as a registered nurse.

Dr. Brooke Heinicke

Dr. Brooke Heinicke specialises in working with people with eating disorders. She has worked in eating disorder research, a specialised eating disorder outpatient facility, as well as in her own private practice since 2009. She is passionate about working with people with all types of eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns.

Brooke has developed and evaluated an internet-based body image program for disordered eating and body dissatisfaction (Heinicke et al., 2007). She works with people over the age of 18 years, is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC).
