Sometimes people think that they aren’t “sick enough”, or that their concerns aren’t serious enough. You, or your loved one, deserve help, support and understanding. Every experience is valid.

Eating and body concerns affect people of all ages, genders, backgrounds and abilities. We know that eating disorders don’t have a “look” – it can be tricky to tell if someone is struggling with disordered eating behaviours. These concerns affect people of all body weights and shapes.

Asking for help can be daunting – it can take a lot of courage to ask for help. We provide a safe, non judgemental and supportive enivironment to help you with your food and eating concerns. You don’t need to do it alone.

We know that seeking treatment early on gives people the best chance to make positive changes.
